The turn of the new year brings us so much to look forward to, especially when it comes to what entertains us. Some things are further away than others, making them that much harder to see. Recently, though, there has been a shift in the multiverse, through space and time, that brings another narrative, particularly from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, into view.

Yesterday, Disney+ took to Twitter to etch this into reality…

With the series coming into the fray much earlier than expected, one must wonder what this means for the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse. We know that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will deal with said multiverse specifically, but we also know this series will tie into that film and that Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff will be featured. We’ve seen that the installments have gone out of chronological order before, and given we are getting a multiverse now, it doesn’t necessarily matter. However, a glimpse into the multiverse early makes matters that much more exciting and could be a nice lure for the next Doctor Strange as well as the What If…? series.

What do you think of WandaVision being released earlier than expected? How do you think it could introduce the multiverse? What adventures of Wanda and Vision could we see first? For more news like this, follow us on Twitter @thecinemaspot and Instagram @thecinemaspot_!
