According to a new rumor From Daniel RPK, a new Daredevil project is in development at Marvel Studios. The insider shared a look at a project grid teasing the current writer and producer of teh project. Though there is a grid, there is no guarantee that a project is indeed in development, and this rumor should be taken as just that- a rumor. Daniel RPK, however, does have a very solid track record with leaks such as this, and his history does put some weight behind it.

Though Daniel RPK has hinted at the new Daredevil-centric project, no word has been said on the project’s release date, nor what format it will be released in (series or movie). There are also no details on whether other of Netflix‘s Daredevil series will return to the MCU aside from Cox and D’Onofrio. Do be aware that any logos and/or release dates out there floating around the internet are all fanmade.

Daredevil has long been rumored to be making his apperance in the MCU, and if recent leaks should prove to be true, he will appear much sooner than this solo project. In this rumors, Netflix’s Daredevil actor Charlie Cox will be reprising his role as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, which is expected to be a soft reboot of the character. Other characters from Netflix’s Daredevil are also rumored to appear in the MCU, with Vincent D’Onofrio said to return as Kingpin in Disney+’s Hawkeye series.

Netflix’s Daredevil series was beloved by fans and critic alike, with Charlie Cox bringing the man without fear to life for three seasons. After its cancellation, fans fought to save the series using the #SaveDaredevil hashtag on social media, and have long prayed for Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige to bring him back. With Spider-Man: No Way Home right around the corner, fans will learn for certain whether Feige answered their prayers or not.

The husband of Cox’s Daredevil costar Deborah Ann Woll, EJ Scott, has long stood firm that Daredevil would be returning, holding strong in a long-fought “battle” with Charles Murphy of Murphy’s Multiverse. Murphy, like many insiders, has been teasing and releasing news of Cox’s return to Matt Murdock in No Way Home, as well as in the upcoming Disney+ Echo series.

Are you excited to see if this rumor is true? Would you want the project to pick up where the Netflix show left off, or go in a new direction? Let us know in the comments below!
