According to Variety, a new Disney+ show focusing on the character of Agatha Harkness is in the works. This would come off as a spin-off of the first Marvel Cinematic Universe show, Wandavision.

Kathryn Hahn is in talks to reprise her role for the series, as well as Wandavision writer Jac Schaeffer returning as a writer and executive producer. It is unclear whether this limited series will be a prequel or sequel, only that it is described as a dark comedy as of now.

Wandavision aired earlier this year as the first step into television for Marvel Studios and came with critical success and multiple Emmy nods. Agatha Harkness played a supporting character to Wanda Maximoff throughout the series, with her turning out to be an evil witch by the end of it. Alongside the series, social media and fans alike praised Hahn for her performance as Harkness, so it comes as no surprise that this series is being developed.
