Renowned comic artist and DC Comics’ current Chief Creative Officer Jim Lee has said that shows of the DC Comics-centric streaming platform DC Universe will be migrated to HBO Max. DC Universe originals such as Titans, Harley Quinn, and Doom Patrol will find a new home at WarnerMedia’s newest streaming platform, HBO Max. Meanwhile, DC Universe’s Stargirl series has been relocated to The CW alongside other Arrowverse shows such as Legends of Tomorrow.
With this move, it seems unlikely, though not impossible, that any new shows will premiere on the DC streaming platform. Instead, future shows may find they premiere on HBO Max and never even know what DC Universe was.
