Francesca’s Film Recommendation: What’s Your Number

Do you ever have those days where you want to watch a movie, but you don’t want to think or have to worry about piecing plot points together and remembering what happened in a previous film? You just want to sit back and relax, maybe laugh a little? What’s Your Number is absolutely that movie. I would know because I have seen it one too many times. This movie gets bonus points because my entire family enjoys it. My parents and I still quote and watch any chance we get

 

Anna Faris stars as Ally Darling, a woman who decides to reevaluate all nineteen of her past relationships with the hope that one of them is her true love. She enlists the help of her neighbor Colin (Chris Evans) to track all of them down. Naturally, Ally and Colin end up spending a ton of time together…I’ll leave it at that. The storyline does sound a tad chick flick-esque, but I promise it’s so much more than that. It has a super cast lineup. I already mentioned Anna Faris and Chris Evans, but Chris Pratt, Anthony Mackie, Andy Samberg, and Martin Freeman also guest star.
