After his departure from the CW show at the end of Arrow‘s third season, Roy Harper returned only one other time. Since his season four appearance, Colton Haynes seemed to step away from his role as Roy Harper. A tweet from Haynes’ personal Twitter account, however, teases the fan-favorite character’s return.
